Who to contact
- Worried about your baby right now? Call the Maternal & Child Health Line on 13 22 29 or NURSE-ON-CALL on 1300 60 60 24, both 24 hours, and see when to seek help for symptom checkpoints.
- For a non-urgent earlier review: request an appointment. Same-day concerns need your GP or an emergency department.
- Everything else (invoices, letters, records, rebooking): email admin@neopaeds.au and expect a reply within 2–5 business days. Common answers: FAQ.
If it’s urgent
Call 000 if your baby is struggling to breathe, is blue or very pale, is floppy or can’t be woken, or has a rash that doesn’t fade when pressed. Don’t drive in these situations; an ambulance can start treatment on the way.
For a fever of 38.0°C or higher in a baby under 3 months, go straight to an emergency department.
